Must dump.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals; and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful.
Strive to be happy.

Go placidly amidst the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story.Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Humans are condemned to be free.
I searched. There were times I thought I found it, but I was proven wrong. So I became scared at my own freedom. I was horrified at the idea that through the myriad of choices, of wills, of branches in this mortal life, there was no place I belong to... that I would be forever free. That my existence would be no more than a cloud, only to be pushed wherever the wind of whim takes me, and dissolve as rain, then reformed by the sun, only to repeat the endlessly meaningless cycle...
But you told me I was wrong. You told me that I'm not going anywhere, that I'm always stuck in your heart. You told me that I need not dread that meaningless freedom, because you'd always be there and embrace me. That made me really happy. Say, dear... you said that I'm stuck, but why does your heart feel so spacious? Why do I feel freer than I ever was, but I don't dread it at all? Why do I feel that with you having my heart, I can be true to myself and not having to worry about whether you'll sincerely accept me as I am? Gosh, I don't understand this feeling, it feels so warm and stuffy. I talk to you so much but it always feels as if there are a lot more things left unsaid. I see you often but I miss you even more. I see many sides of you, the good and the bad, and it only makes me yearn for you all the more.
Oh world oh world, I think I found love.

Responsibility? When they never asked to have siblings at all, or hell, when they never even ask to be born? Isn't that just something we push on them and arrogantly decide to be their obligation?

So you'd completely disregard the intentions of both sides and do whatever that suits you best?

So all that matters is who lets go first? That there's no more noise?

Here is a question. Suppose, you are a parent. You have 2 kids, both still very young. They are quarreling, both of them want the same thing, but mutually exclusive. And they're fighting it out. How do you solve the situation?
Does it make a difference if one is older/younger, or if they're twins? Does it make a difference if it's 2 boys, 1 boy 1 girl or 2 girls? Or is there any other factor that would influence your decision?
