Is what hard? *waggles eyebrows* Eh... the biggest problems for any indie endeavor are organization and motivation. I've been working on this VN project for well over a year now, and it's only now starting to roll along nicely because we've lost critical personnel along the way. We're shooting for a January release but... we'll see. I'm also trying to start up another game (for mobile devices, maybe?) with chibi vampires, but that's not even in pre-planning. The market is pretty good, but I just have to keep on top of things, and earn money through other jobs in the meantime.
Wanna know something... hmm, IIRC you study/work in a sciency field? What is it exactly?
Before I got into university I worked 6 months as a paramedic then I got in med school, I just passed to 5th semestre. Booyah. Just 5 more to go plus 1 year of social service of minimum salary plus the extra 4 years I have to take in order to become an eye surgeon; yeah, I'll be done aprox when I'm 30-31 years old.
I've heard there is a secret skype group of girls only >_> <_< >_>

Ah, med school. My parents were bugging me to work in the medical field somehow, but it wouldn't work because I am deathly afraid of needles. Like, really bad phobia levels. I cry when they draw blood. ;___;

For the VN I'm doing voice, music, and probably sound design as well. I know Tagalog and Japanese, and a tiny bit of Spanish, Russian, and Italian.

I just wanna go on record for saying I have a feeling this years convention has the possibility of going rather sour. I am not saying it will, nor that it won't, but I have this feeling. It may not affect the general attendance, but there most likely will be a larger group(than normal) that leave Anime Expo dissatisfied... so when and if it does happen.... I called it.Though, perhaps my pessimistic attitude can get others to prove me wrong and we can look past the obstacles I know about/for see happening and make the best of it.
Well, I'm already disappointed/dissatisfied because no AX Idol... =/ But still, it's a chance to meet up with some of the friends I don't see a lot except at cons (like you, Looky!) and maybe Jacob and I will finally get our ramen, lol.
