If I have a problem, I try to solve it myself, no matter how big it may be. Have never really felt comfortable confiding into anyone, be it real life or online. I go out of my way not to talk to people I don't know, and I spent a lot of time avoiding people that have made an effort to get to know me. ...Not really sure why. Honestly I'm surprised I still post here.
An oddity. I seem to be attracted to women that have something slightly off about them, a particularly weird personality quirk or very strange habit...something out of the ordinary that catches my attention. I barely notice girls at all until I notice that one askew moment that catches my attention. After that, they just need to have a decent sense of humor, and we'll get along just fine.
There are quite a few high level weapons and armors scattered about in the new game+, although it's hard to say whether they are actually worth it. None of them are all that powerful, and even so, to use them you need a guild rank of either 7 or 8, plus a level of 45+ for most of them...so yeah, unless you have been grinding missions like some sort of lunatic, there isn't even a point in bothering.
Why is there so little hentai with a decent story to it? Sometimes when there is something with a good story, it's discontinued half way through. Is hentai that simply concentrates on sex scenes and fulfilling various fetishes more popular, so people have stopped trying?
Although it largely depends on my mood, there is a certain assortment of tunes that I gravitate towards. I love music that has lots of harmonies to it, that's why I love acapella groups and barbershop quartets. I also enjoy classical music, it's relaxing and lets me think when I need to; same deal for video game music, although I prefer instrumentals over any vocal songs. I love Weird Al, big fan, always have been, which is why I have a liking of comedic songs. I do enjoy rock music, although I mostly only listen to that on the radio when I'm at work. Prefer classic rock (Genesis, The Police, etc.) over the new stuff, but I have yet to find a station that plays that. Finally, some odd and unique alternative bands make me happy, stuff like No More Kings, K's Choice, Marit Larsen or Lenka.
Can't stand heavy metal that's only fast drums and some guy shouting incomprehensible words at me, nor do I like dance music of almost any sort. I hate spanish music. That's all I can think of.
I get a sorta 3D effect with that last pic, but all the rest are so-so at best. Then again, I got these glasses out of a happy meal, so what do I know?
That reminds me, also Earthbound 64. Yeah, this was a long time ago, but I love the game earthbound and when they first announced the 64 version I was psyched. Then came the screenshots, and finally the notice that it was canceled. So sad...
I don't know why, but I have two different pairs handy at all times. ALL TIMES. That said, these images didn't really turn out very 3D'ish for me. Could be I have the wrong glasses...I have some real-D glasses somewhere, but I doubt they'd work on these.
White knight chronicles, most recently. It looked awesome from the videos, but gameplay made me sad. I traded it back in and bought Star Ocean, and now I'm happy again.
I remember my very first anime cutscene, it was in a little game called Lunar: Silver Star Story. I loved it. Until then you didn't get that kind of interaction from an rpg, you just got a bunch of pixels talking to each other with their little word bubbles. Then was Xenogears (awesome scenes, despite the horrid horrid dubbing on that one), and I was hooked.
I love anime cut scenes, they are fun to watch, add to the story, and so far I haven't seen a lot of games that overuse them. Of course, this could be simply because I don't remember some particularly annoying game at the moment, I'll get back to ya if I do.
