I would recommend Steins;Gate, Nichijou, Durarara!!, FLCL, AnoHana and Bakemonogatari. Since you're new to anime. They are amazing. From what I have heard .Hack// is just decent.

Exactly. There is usually one or two new threads in Meet & Greet everyday or at least once every other day.
