I try to avoid it, but if some customer thinks he can treat me like shit, I won´t let the chance slip to make a sarcastic comment... In fact this habit of mine leaded to my co-workers calling me for help everytime they get a rude customer themselves... Man, this makes me sound really like an asshole who likes to treat people bad...
I don't think so. You sound like a normal human being in which some customers fail to realize again and again. We make mistakes ok lets asset the situation and solve it done, not turning into a nigga and yell about fucking fries being cold when your dumbass left them 15 minutes sitting on the table. Or how about the roast beef being too thin. Or taking the last chocolate turnover we have for the day. Blood pressure bro, my fucking blood pressure.
