You can get the specials of the second season (Dragon Destiny) from this torrent, the specials of the third (Great Guardians) from this torrent, and the specials of the fourth (Xtreme Xecutor) from this torrent. You can grab the series from those respective torrents too. I don't think the first season had any specials. In any case, if I had to guess, I think that particular pic comes from Dragon Destiny.
