I couldn't find any other thread like this, so I'm gonna make a thread to discuss the music made by metal-god Devin Townsend. I'm not including his work that's credited to Strapping Young Lad because that isn't a huge part of his work.
Anyways, I'm gonna start the discussion with how I feel about his latest studio album, Epicloud. This is definitely one of his best albums for he manages to bring in a lot of different stuff into a diverse but cohesive sound (a doppelganger of sorts) making it a very ambitious album musically. My favorite song from the album has to be his rerecording of "Kingdom," a very heavy and feel-good song.

Anywho, Yeah man Devy is awesome! Loved Epicloud! Got the special edition with the key-chain compass! and Indeed the re-recording of Kingdom is probably my favorite song on the album. Though I must admit that to me, Epicloud kinda felt a little weak compared to the last 4 albums, but that's just me. Anyways Can't wait for Z2!!! It's gonna kick ass!!!
