Resident evil series

Well I'm sure many of you are aware of Resident Evil 5 coming out soon and I just wanted to talk a bit about the series so far.
Out of all the Resident Evil games I've played,(all of them) I'd have to say my favorite is RE 3 Nemesis. You get to explore Raccon more than in any other RE game, great replay value,a HOT babe in a tube top and skirt, and The most bad ass boss in the whole series so far!!.
Re4 was great but the premise seemed cliche and weird. I mean go save the presidents daughter?? Parsites that are not products of Umbrellas research. Awsome gameplay and graphics but didn't have the RE feel.
Regardless I can't wait for RE 5. And for those who haven't seen the trailers enjoy!P.S. please let Jill be ok. :(

The only thing I love doing more in RE4 than anything is suplexing enemies on there heads and RE5 looks very good can't wait for it the game comes out Friday March 13th.Will you leave your house that day to pick it up?

My answer is...

The Resident Evil REmake is probably my favourite, but they're all good.
RE5 is gonna be epic, anything with Wesker can't be anything less.

RE 4 is more like a side game for Leon's side of story development, well at least he looks hell lot much cooler than he was on RE 2 yeah , also talking about RE , i kind getting a bit impatient about RE : Degeneration when is going to be released again ? i mean after the FF 7 : Advent Children i am thirsting for more animated CG movies like nuts...

It's already out, i saw it yesterday, it was pretty shit.
But since it had zombies i was somewhat pleased~ :P

I wonder if it's out for download, RE Degeneration... I wanna get my hands on that just because it's Resident Evil.

I like RE4 the best, but RE5 might top that. (Though Wesker is fucking overpowered... the guy just doesn't die.)

edit: You were right, this movie wasn't great. Plotwise, it was decent, but god, the acting (character motions) and voice dubbing sucked balls. Their lower half of the arms looked kinda funky.

I love REmake because the game was a true horror experience. Some people hate the controls and camera angles, but I love them because thye added to the fear factor. Also, game has amazing graphics, lots of scares (dog hallway anyone?), Lisa and Jill. It can't get any better than that.

I love RE4 but the game took the survival aspect out of it and that really disappointed me. Still, awesome game.

[size=10]Wow... this really gives me an urge to start playing videogames again. Haha, I haven't really sat down and played a video game in almost two years. I always consider playing games again but never really get around to it. Resident Evil five looks pretty good though and I wouldn't mind sitting down to play it.

As for the Resident Evil series (the games), I believe the fourth one was pretty much the best one. Number "2" wasn't so bad either. I'd judge the others but never really played them.[/h]

I agree RE4 was a great game!I really did enjoy it,but...it was more action rather than horror.Resident Evil Nemsis,I enjoyed the game,although I really enjoyed RE 1 remake for the Gamecube and Re 2 the N64.These 2 Re's illustrates what's going on and who is behind all this,RE3 takes place in the same place as 2 and is extended RE 2.Jill is badass,I must admit:)

i have to disagree , yeah in some senses dun get much zombies jump as the old RE series but it still packs a challenge in survival like item conserve skill and aiming.

I know but it didn't feel like it was a big part of the game anymore. In the previous games, most of the enemies could kill you in one shot if you weren't careful, and ammo and healing items were limited in a big way. That was the biggest reason why you felt so underpowered.

Some people hated that but I found it quite realistic (at least, as realistic as any game about escaping from a haunted mansion infested with zombies created by a virus possibly can be)

Well yeah cuz to me i still think of it to be a side story game rather than labeling it as the real RE 4

i liked re1 way better than zero.i didnt like the fact in zero that billy is a badass who can take a lot of hits and only be in cauion and rebecca takes like 2 hits and shes damn near dead.re1 is awsome because that game scares the hell outta me it has replay value.

I remember i so used to be scared of these game's when they first came out but now i got them on my PS3 i played and beat all 3.My favorite is RE 2.These games still packed a punch on me several years later.The part that scared me the most was on RE 2 when i was playing as Claire and the zombies broke into the police station.It scared me because it was so quiet then everything gets loud again.
