This is one MMO I'm actually really interested in. It actually seems to be carrying on the Dragon Ball plot - the purple guy that appears at the end of the trailer is most likely a Makaioshin - the evil versions of the Kaioshin (the Supreme Kai) that Toriyama introduced in a recent Dragon Ball information book. It also sort of feels like Dragon Quest Online because of Toriyama's distinctive art.

I was found of that anime too bad funimation didn't pick up that series as well.

You had me with Dragon Ball, but then I remember how many Dragon Ball games are actually worth the playthrough. Only 3 out of the whole lot of them for me. If I didn't like Dragon Ball so much I would have ignored it.....fuck, who doesn't want to go super sayajin.

I've known about this game for a while now, and although I like the concept I'm worried about the execution. If they do it right this game could be a huge success. I would love being able to explore the Dragonball universe.
Also, the only races are Human, Namekian, and Majin. It makes sense from a lore perspective that Saiyans aren't included since they are extinct. But Majin as a race? I wasn't even aware they were a race, I thought Buu was the only one. And wouldn't the Majin be way more powerful than humans and Namekians? I don't know.
The game has a lot of potential though. I'm sure down the line we'll see more races, like maybe "Android" or "Tuffles". And that would be awesome. I'd love to play as an Android.

Well you can see gameplay in this fairly old trailer. It begins with the cinematic trailer, the gameplay comes after that. It looks pretty slick and smooth.

I'm guessing this game will be centered around PvE. There will probably be the ability to duel and to fight in tournaments, but I'm sure the focus will primarily be PvE.
I wonder how epic some of the end-game ki-blasts will be. If I can Final Flash someone's face that'll be the shit.

I would love to play this game, but I have a feeling I never will. I hope it gets really popular and is brought to America soon (and that by then, I can afford a good computer and can actually play the game).
