Evil Dead Trilogy

so far never had the chance to watch evil dead 1 and 2

army of darkness was lots of horror and also some dark comedy and some mischief lolz

You MUST watch Evil Dead II, it's the best one.
I own the trilogy, I think Army of Darkness is my least favorite but, really they're all pretty great cult classics.

Evil Dead is one of the scariest flicks i've ever seen, probably not so much now as it was back when i first saw it, but still, it's pretty fucked up, and the old effects only makes it better, fuck cg.

I LOVE Bruce Campbell, and even watch the whole Evil Dead trilogy every October! I can't say which is better, 1 or 2, but they are all worth watching!

I even found Within the Woods, the project they were showing to collect the money to actually be able to do Evil Dead.

And if you're a fan of these, They Call Me Bruce is hilarious!

I've never watched 1 and 2 [in full] either because every chance I had I was "too young" to watch it.

As has already been stated, these movies are classics and should be viewed by everyone.

Has anyone read any of the comics that involve Ash from the movies? I read Ash vs Marvel Zombies, and I've been meaning to check out some others (I especially want to see Ash vs Freddy & Jason), but I've been lazy.

All the horror you need is right in the first movie. Two words; Tree Rape.

I read Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash in a B&N a few months ago, was pretty interesting.

They should definitely be watched, great movies. There's tree rape, and claymation, and Bruce Campbell, etc...
