Choose a Pokemon [ROUND 6]

1 - Only 3 people may have claim to one Pokemon (since there are multitudes of the same pokemon out there, I think this rule is fair(i.e. There can be 3 Charizards on the chart at once))
2 - Pokemon you claim do not evolve
3 - You may not have two Pokemon of the same evolutionary chain (Cant have a Squirtle and a Blastoise)
4 - For the time being, you may not claim any Legendary Pokemon. [CORRECTION:::FOSSILS MAY BE CLAIMED BEGINNING ON ROUND 4]

5 - You may only claim one pokemon per round. However, if you have just started, you may claim more than one pokemon. The claims may not exceed the Round Number. (If it's round 4 , you can claim up to 4 pokemon if you've just started)

1 - You may release all Pokemon you have claim to, save for one.
2 - Once you release a Pokemon, you must wait 3 days before you may claim another one
3 - Released pokemon are forbidden to be claimed until after 3 days have passed

When the special session for claiming a legendary pokemon begins, these will be the rules;
1 - You may only claim ONE Legendary pokemon, regardless of what round it may be
2 - Your Legendary claim counts towards your maximum number of claims (6)
3 - If you (by whatever strange reason) decide to release a Legendary, ANYONE may claim it as a normal pokemon.
4 - Unlike normal claims, there are only one of the Legendary Pokemon. Therefore, only one person can have claim to a Legendary at a time.

1 - You may only do 1-1 trades. You may not trade 2-3 Pokemon for 1 Pokemon in return.
2 - Any trade is valid. If you have an Evee and another person has an Evee and you want it? Go ahead and trade another Pokemon to try and get that Evee so you then have 2 Evees.
3 - You may also do it with other evolutionary stages as well.
4 - I must see an agreement from the other person that they want to trade
5 - If you trade a Pokemon you do not have any wait restrictions to obtain another Pokemon since you technically did not release one.
