Disgaea 3

I heard that the game is going to be release in Playstation 3 platform.
This is very bad for us fan. I hope it release in PS2.

Yup it's for ps3. Although it doesn't really look like it. I guess they are using the power for other things :roll:

I wanna play this, but I also wanna play Disgaea 1 and 2 on PS3, so I would have to buy the expensive PS3 cos the cheaper one had PS2 support dropped :(
I could just keep my PS2 I suppose, but then I would just have piles of old consoles lying around.

I was reading about Disgaea 3 the other day. They finnally have their website up and running. Its http://disgaea.jp/3/ I have some translations for it but I had to get it from other forums and such. As much as I would like to learn squiggles, Ill leave it for others.

Heres what I learned about it. The main character is a "Netherworld honor student" named Mao (white haired charecter with glasses), and it seems his rivals are the "Netherworld Delinquint" Raspberyl and "self proclaimed Hero" Almaz. Mao's father is an Overlord, and he's his only child. Kinda reminds me of Disgaea 1's story with Laharal.

-If you pick up a monster and use it as a weapon, you get the monster's skills.
-Theres items on the field you can pick up and throw.
-Combos are diagonal now.

Thats bout all i figured out for now. If I find anything new I'll post it

Well, this is one way to make me buy a PS3. All those crazy attacks got me pumped, dood. And was that last Special a Dimension Slash? Awesome!

Like all the other Disgaea ports to handheld, its going to be getting new content and more characters, along with some other stuff. I definitely have to get the Vita now that my favorite series is going to be on it.

I already got Disgaea 3 for PS3 last year,but for the PS Vita...WOOOOOOOOOOOW!!! Now that's some shocking news there,pal. thx!

Can't wait to play this game again! New extra content is always a good thing. Now I just need to find some money for a Vita... also goddamn Harada does it again with new great looking characters.

I heard they are slating it for an April release date, ill have to double check, anyway my social life will be gone when it comes out.

April 17th according to Amazon. Also who needs a social life when you have Disgaea?
