On the fifth day of christmas, redcomet translated, a hot doujin by Clesta, who I don't know if I could call ETCYCLE.

They are the same group. However I think there main name is 'Clesta' since their website for both groups is http://www.clesta.net/. I think different people work in each group though and that might be the difference.
