I can't get "Come see me tonight and Come see me tonight 2" to work with sound, it use to work fine and everything. Dunno when it stopped working. Come see me tonight 2 never worked for some reason. Maybe, Come see me tonight stopped working after Come see me tonight 2 was installed, i dunno. All i know is that it use to work.
Dunno why, but it just started not working. It use to run fine. But now it's says
ERROR
"Cannot play MIDI under this environment.", After click yes it then says
"No sound effects because the system does not support Direct Sound"
Any help would be appreciated. I have no clue about how the hell i update my MIDI environment or anything like that.
Nothing under my wrong under Device Manger. No Yellow Triangles.
Sound/Gaming Utilities:
RealTek High Definition Audio
Audio Codecs
Legacy Audio Drivers
Legacy Video Capture Devices
Media Control Devices
Video Codecs

I tried reinstalling both the games, yet to no avail. They just won't play sound.
All my other visual novels work fine, Dunno why these two don't work =*(.
Hope someone can give me some help, thanks =p.

This is just a blind guess because you didn't state what operating system you are using but I'm guessing you are using Vista or 7. Vista and 7 does not come installed with directx9 and older libraries which makes older games error. To remedy this install directx from this link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en
If that doesn't work try updating your realtek HD audio drivers from here: http://www.realtek.com/Downloads/downloadsCheck.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

Thanks a lot guys, i'll try em all out =p.
The CCCP Thing didn't fix it unfortunately. Working on the RealTek stuff.
Can't figure out how the site works, i click accept and nothing happens it just refreshes for me. I clicked downloads, then go, and nothing happened either. odd.

Their site must be under repair or something. It worked last night but now I'm getting the same thing.
Try this: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/ and click High Definition audio and see if that works. I notice too when you check the box for accept it does refresh too. Just let it refresh then the next button should work. If you have NoScript make sure you are allowing the page.
