I'm sorry but no game play thanks Sony I appreciate that. That and no Twisted Metal announcement pissed me off as well. GOW3 was one of the reason I was contemplating keeping my PS3 wanting $400 to do other stuff won out plus by the time this comes out a cheaper PS3 hopefully with full BC will be available.

Also as an aside MAG (Massive action game) is the worst fucking title to a game I have ever heard, it looks cool but suffers from Sony syndrome looks cool but no fucking game play.

God of War 3 -- Because we haven't fucked with Greek mythology enough.

Still i dont see why this game is a hit i mean all the mindless slashing like an idiot at all and furthurmore with the ingenious puzzles.....

There is just something appealing when your main character looks like a cross between Jesse Ventura and Bill Goldberg who wields flaming chain swords that retract to his arms. I mean seriously, how could you NOT like that? Also, there's usually a lot of boobies in the game, not to mention all the sick deathblow moves that you can do to bosses.

first thing the blades design i dont dig, second since ghost rider is the same thing too why wont it be a hit ? second i prefer anime type boobs not some basketball size based boobs........third wat came to my mind when i see kratos is a mix between conan and hitmans' humber 13..... sorry if i insulted any GOW fans here..

Not to be hating on Nicholaus Cage, but I don't think he was really suited for the role of Ghost Rider. Yea, your right about the boobs though, looks like they all had DD implants. Their boobs shouldn't be so taut as what they are in GOW. I mean, You can't tit-fuck with immovable boobs. Plus, nobody ever did a video game based on the Roman Mythologies, unless they sucked so bad that I never heard of them.

I was also expecting Shadow of the Colossus 2. But thats for the future!


Any characters in almost every game can be associated with some other characters in books / movies / other games. I dont really care about video game boobs. Voice acting in the game is pretty good. The graphics are very good for Ps2, the gameplay is very simple but still fun, specially with finishing moves on bosses. & I don't recall any game where you kill/meet all the gods of olympus / Titans & all greek mythology in 1 franchise.

WW2 games are still being created, Civ games are still being created. FPS! are still being created. I'll be honest, i've started to dislike FPS because there's hardly anything new in them. Unless the story is very good, i won't play much. For example i loved Halo 1, great story, 2&3 we're just fillers to please the core fans. I hate fillers in games has much as i hate them in Anime.

There are RUMORS that Kratos will be a playable character on the upcoming Soul Calibur.

I once played soul calibur 2 all night with my bud and we went like 86-67, of course i whupped him. If kratos is going to be in soul calibur as well and if it's gonna be a ps3 only, I think the ps3 is starting to sound not too expensive :)

Yeah, that would be nice but its very unlikely since they already used Darth Vader and Yoda for console exclusive characters.

David Jaffe doesn't really have squat to do with the God of War series these days. Still. Didn't stop him from getting to take a look at the in-development God of War III last week. His thoughts? Predictably expletive-laden, but the gist is, dude reckons it looks better than the very-good-looking Gears of War 2:

I thought GEARS OF WARS 2 looked about as good as a next-gen game could look....and that game is currently- and will probably remain- my game of the year. And hell, I think I actually get to vote on that kind of stuff in some circles :) And unless I get blown away by POP or something else I missed, GEARS 2 is the SHIT....this year. Dudes and dudettes, fucking WAIT till you see the amazing graphics...just fucking wait.

Oh, we'll fucking wait, Jaffe. Not like we've got anything else to do on the God of War III front but wait and take your word for it.

i wasnt looking foward to buyng the ps3 but if god of war3 lets me rip zeuss into peices and totally destroy him ill buy it.i was pissed at the end of 2.i was wanting to kill him brutally and take the throne of olympus. anybody else think zeuss needs his ass kicked ??

Goddamn that's pretty. I was expected it to be pretty but not that pretty. Gears of war just got knocked off the most impressive graphics list imo.
