[TCF JULY] glass noodles with oyster mushrooms

It's my first time so be gentle :3
The ingredients
glass noodles
oyster mushrooms
fresh garlic
sesame oil
sea salt
a dash red-green-black-white pepper
dark soy sauce
light soy sauce
The recipe
well lets say its so easy a monkey could do it...
The noodles just have to stay in salty water for some 10 minutes and they are ready. I don't slice the mushrooms I pull them in to pieces from top to bottom and then fry them for 10-15min on some sesame oil. When they almost ready I add salt and pepper, dark and light soy sauce and the garlic. That's it.

Cellophane or seifun over here, i usually mix some eggs and whatever is left in the fridge like shrimp, chicken and pork.
