{TCF Sept} Fettucelle de freaky

Sorry for not having a fancy word or term... but i never seen anyone ever do this.. ever(plus it's too long to name it) so it's Fettucelle with sweet sausage, olives and peppers, but usually i use Tortellini.. meh.

Recipe:
Spoiler:

Ib of sausage, mild, hot or sweet. Or 5 links of the same.
Cup of olives.
Cup of pickle peppers
Mushrooms
Can of dice tomatoes
garlic
basil
oregano
Spinach
olive oil
rosemary... just a little.

Cook sausage to done, add the tomato and herbs and cook on low for a hour.
Boil pasta drain before done.
In the pasta pot or in another pan heat oil and add the rest saute add some of the sauce and pasta. stir the pasta for three mins and serve with bread and some cheese.

Your handwriting sucks.

That said, it looks delicious. I'm more into stuffed raviolis but that's just me.

I wasn't remotely drunk and yeah my hand writing sucks.
