[TCF September] GyÅza (or JiÇŽozi) filled with pork & cabbage
0
Urgh, that took way more time then it was meant to.. I blame it on my new kitchen! Feels so weird cooking in a different kitchen, it was kinda wrong in a way...
Ok, I made some Gyoza. Not the first time ive made them, but the first time I made the skin from scratch. And I hope this somehow fits under pasta, since I made the skin from dumpling flour and it can be passed of as Ravioli (maybe).
Anyways Recipes
Gyoza skin (taken from the recipe on the packet of flour)
.
Pork and Cabbage filling
And pics
Preparation
And Final Product!
Ended up taking 2 and a half hours to make, but if you arent a total retard in the kitchen like me, then it should take less!
I ended up only using half the ingredients (as the packet only contained like 5 cups - hey go figure) and still ended up with 2.5 times more dough than I needed, so yeah, I guess I know what my dinner is for the next couple days is...

Zomg want. Especially the way you did it--I like it slightly more burnt than how other people usually do it. I actually now want to go out for dimsum! I wonder if I can convince teh bf to pay for it...
