[TCF December] Pierogies
0
I actually made this back when I was in England, like 15 days ago, but then I forgot I hadn't uploaded it yet. also a tad disappointed at the lack of entries, but its December and there is nothing like the Christmas spirit and the festive new year cheer to add to our already high cortisol levels.
I choose to make pierogies. I have never heard of them before, but they seemed like a nice recipe and it was the only recipe containing cow in this baking cook book I really like :3. But I think it turned out alright, but I have no idea what they are meant to look like though... Comments and tips for improvement much appreciated.

Pierogi is awesome! I love meat pies of any kind, so these are great. I actually had the Spanish version, empanada, at Xmas and New Year dinner.
I think of Sweeney Todd every time I have meat pies though...

So these pierogy things are essentially Jam turnovers, but with meat in the middle instead of Jam.
I know what I'm going to try next.
