Favoriting artists?

Hopefully this hasn't been asked too much before. Is it possible to favorite artists, or do we basically just have to favorite every doujin by them separately?
If it's the latter, would it be hard to add functionality to favorite an artist? Something simple like just having their name in a thumbnail listed in the favorites section and clicking on it sends you the artists page. For example: Fujiya Honten would send you to https://www.fakku.net/manga.php?artist=Fujiya+Honten+%28Thomas%29

Oh, it's no big deal, it's probably been asked about...oh, a hundred or so times before. No biggie. :)
And no, so far, the only thing we can do is fave every doujin separately. We don't have a fave artist option yet.
