Photokano

After performing a search, I don't think anyone has started a topic on the game entitled "Photokano", released on the PSP earlier this month.

I first learned of "Photokano" when I came across the latest issue of G's magazine. Below would be the cover which caught my attention:



After doing some reading on the internet, this game supposedly acts like a dating sim, whereby you get to interact with the 6 available females characters. The unique point of "Photokano" would be the function to take photographs (in-game), of the various female characters, possibly leading to some ecchi images. Of course, you can only do so once your relationship with them has reached a certain level.

Even though I don't own a PSP, I am curious as to how Photokano would fare. Will it be able to rival the popularity of Love Plus on the DS and 3DS platform?

Yeah i seen this two week ago and thought what the hell and torrented it.

I assume you downloaded the game? In that case, is it any good? :D

i got a bad end when i'm taking haruka's route just because i didn't have a 100% encounter and she "avoids" me all the time during 2 last weeks.
/sigh.

PSP's finally died?

It never will, but it will never get better. Like some dude with chronic disease. I can still turn it on and play with it, but after a random 5-10 minutes it will then freeze and shut down itself.

Still haven't played it yet. I still have two other games before i'll get to this.

Just started playing this, one thing for sure is:
This plays exactly the same as Amagami and Kimikiss
Basically the whole system besides the Camera and Photos are the same.

BTW, I joined the "photography club" lol

i joined the photography club too but got a bad end at first try.
gotta try again.

Currently I'm just doing some trial and error, checking all the systems.

-The chat system is a little bit on the "hard" part, since you need to choose the same colored topic as the ? mark rises up above the line, going to soon which means you pressed when the ? mark is far to the right is does not count as a successful conversation. (In Amagami there are multiple topics that has the same color, so in Amagami it's more of a guessing game)

-When you use the look/touch topic, be sure to check again, since the gray ? mark will still move when you're prompt to choose a spot to look/touch. If it's not on top of the line, it's the same as unsuccessful conversation it could even mean decreasing one of the girls hearts.

-Talking to your sister every night is useful, since you get the 'Usa Power" which makes any location spot into a shuffle minigame, so it's less random if you can actually guess it right, getting the girl you're targeted.

Currently still experimenting with photos and the score.

For the first 2 days I'm weirdly close to Nonoka and Hikari, everytime I choose a spot they show up.

and lastly, This game has a lot of godly Voice Actors

This games are in Japanese, right?
If you guys said you played this games, does that mean it has the English subtitle?

i was close with muroto and hikari then hikari started to "avoid" me and muroto become just a friend.
but at the 2nd month,you better be careful when you went home together with because sometimes the other girl will saw you and it'll be awkward.

Does anyone know how to meet up with Misumi, Tomoe? or is she like a hidden character that you can only meeat after completing a route?
