Not to get confused with the other game All-Star Battle(which is currently in the works by Namco Bandai/Cyber Connect 2)This one is an HD port of the Dreamcast game that came out in 2000. Coming out August 21st on PSN and XBL.
Gonna be maining Jotaro and Mariah. Never really got the chance to play this game the first time around so it'll be a treat.

Two words... "Za Warudo!" Can't wait to main Dio again. I still think $20 bucks is a little too much, but then again this is Cashcom.

Mhhmm, can't really say I'm impressed with the HD, but people would probably buy this for the online capability.

Only thing I'm a little worried about is the netcode. If it won't have GGPO then the online experience is more than likely going to be terrible.

The demo is out on the JPN PSN store, and the US should be getting one tomorrow. I'm downloading it now and I'll give you guys the rundown on what's in it.

Alright, so after spending about 30 minutes with the demo here's what's in it.
Single player has Story, Challenge, Training, Player Data, and Replays. In the demo, the story mode only has Jotaro, Avdol, Hol Horse, and Dio playable. Probably the biggest letdown about this version is that it doesn't have Super Story Mode from the PS1 port, which had fights and a couple of mini games thrown in to break up the pace. You only get four fights in the demo.
I wasn't able to try out Multiplayer but I'm assuming it has local play in addition to online(it would be dumb if it didn't)
Another thing people were worried about is if the blood was censored out and Dio's Facegrab super. I can tell you that the blood is still in, there's a setting called Visual Expression which lets you toggle it on and off.
I'll have the full game tomorrow and I'll start taking my skills online with Jotaro and Mariah.
