From what I can tell this season we'll focus on Nino a little more, or maybe I'm wrong. I'm guessing from the raw so yeah >_>

I enjoyed the first part of the episode, with Ric and Nino switching houses, and it was cute that she wound up sleep-walking herself back to Ric, (even though she ended up throwing him into the drawer. I also laughed a lot when Star showed up at Nino's old place singing, only to discover Ric there instead. Those two are always so amusing together.

Speaking of Nino, though, we got a lot more revealed about her past than ever before. First, with Ric stumbling upon her old dress, which could indicate that she has been under the bridge for quite some time. Secondly, during the end where we see Nino's dream of the ocean again, we are presented what seems to be a spaceship, with a younger version of Nino and her parents flying away in it. Now, this could either be taken the literal way, (with her parents actually going off into space and leaving Nino behind), or, I believe that it could symbolize that something might have happened to Nino's parents, and she became an orphan because of that. Hopefully we will find out the truth sometime this season.

As for the race, I really dug everyone trying their best, and I enjoyed the fact that Whitey turns into a badass once a year just for the marathon. Poor Ric, though, with having to get all of those fish now in return.

Looks like next week will be the start of the amazon arc, though, which seems interesting.

Well, it could also be a dream of hers to do that with her parents, but she ultimately got left behind.

I thought that the whole gag with the Amazons and the Saitama was confusing, but I guess that it was only that way because I didn't get the references. I did laugh, however, when she started to change her pitch into a young girl. I also laughed when the gang discovered Recruit again, and they were all acting nice towards him/nobody would believe that he really did see Amazons. I wonder who there boss is, though...

Anyways, as for the second half, the introduction of Captain was hilarious. I especially enjoyed the scenes of Nino acting like some big, alien menace. And if figures that she fended off the Captain with her fish. I wonder what he's gonna do the next time he shows up.

As for the ending theme, I enjoyed it, but the costumes always tend to weird me out a bit.

I thought that it was very much like Ko to want to listen to the Venus tapes that Nino left behind, since he is so eager to learn more about her, and also that he hesitated in the manner. It thought that it was amusing when Nino got mad and basically began a hawk for the others to try to get down, and it was awesome when Nino commanded one of the birds to swoop down and eat Sister's cookies. I also laughed a lot when Maria, (about time she shows up), made Ko say those ridiculous lines in order to get Nino down. The Cat Maid Book was priceless.

I also really enjoyed the slumber party, (and Maria looked very sexy in her evening wear). It was amusing to see Ko try to win back Nino with his tape, even though his actions weren't embarrassing at all. However, it was the moment when Ko told Nino that he felt this great discomfort in his chest when she didn't smile. I thought that was a very touching moment, and Nino's response as well as the hug was very nice.

It was also interesting that the Mayor has Nino's real tape, and said that Ko "wasn't ready" to listen to it yet. I wonder what that means, and I also wonder if the tapes were real in the first place...
