Freaky is going to be the last Skype Group member we accept. It's not that we're trying to be exclusive, but with how packed the group is getting we're not able to give the amount of personal attention to critiques as we would like. Future participants are encouraged to participate on the forums, and form their own Skype Groups. If people start to leave then we'll let people know slots are open. The Study group will be hosting some more public study things on the forums so future participants won't be excluded. Groups. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Summer is coming up, school is almost over. The group is hoping to do more stuff over summer. Skype group is welcoming new dudes if they want to come join us.

I draw as well but directly started with the anatomy.
When I've been reading the first post and came to the assignments
it became pretty clear to me why I lack of particular things when I draw.
I'm really screwed up at gesturing. It takes very long and even if I have
a reference It does not go as well as I want it to.
Unfortunately I just have some kind of UMTS/internet stick to browse teh intrawebz :X
So skype would be too laggy yet :/
to introduce myself a bit
here's this influence thing :D

I really like your influence chart, has a lot of different subjects on it. I think you really understand the purpose of what the influence chart does. I bet you had to cram it in though. I found when i tried to think up all my influences i ended up having way more then what could fit on the allotted space.
We've been meaning to get more active on the forums, admittedly we've completely retreated to our skype group. Probably leaving people out who can't get on skype.

What an amazing job creating this thread, I love drawing but due my studies I'm not able to keep drawing as I did back in elementary school and high school, will keep an eye open for this forum, thanks and what a good material btw.

School is out, a lot of free time to do art and get the group going again. Might throw in a few activities to get the inspiration juices flowing for everyone.

I've had enough of these figure drawings and gestural stuff in college.
Is that allowed? Or what about art that ISN'T anime. Lord knows it's been too long since I've drawn that. I'm trying my hand at a more western style.

All our activities pretty much take place over Skype and Dropbox now, Fairly active.
