Is it okay for a girl to be perverted?

Is it okay for girls to be perverted? Well yeah, as long they don't harm anyone(if there is harm in the process...please let it be consensual...with an adult) or take advantage of children/mentally disable.(edit. animals are also included)

Although there are many reason why females would be reluctant to show of their "perverted side". Things like unwanted attention and fear of being judged, etc. etc.

Being perverted is really normal. That's just how society is, if a girl goes around having sex with a few different guys she's automatically a slut, labeled as easy, but if it's a guy he might be saluted for getting ass or something. I think it just goes to a certain extent. It's okay to be a little perverted or maybe even very perverted - it just depends on how you're being perverted and how often you're being this way. That's what I think.

But I'm a perverted girl, even though no one thinks I am! ;)

This is random but this is my 1st post to a forum, also. I decided to become active in Fakku! instead of just coming and going to favorite and read doujins. From now on I'll be active. Sorry, that's so off-topic ...

we're all human being perverted is only natural, regardless of sex. No one is perfect and i'm guessing there are many perverted girls in the world(no offense to any females), there are many female users here in Fakku! after all.

People keep saying "yeah it's a great thing", but then irl, when it comes to meeting guys, I'm afraid to let my freak flag fly because:
- I'm not someone who sleeps around (in fact, still a damn virgin) as such interests would imply
- don't want to scare them off with confidence in my sexuality.

it sucks.

Also, yes ladies, be perverted as all hell! Make us guys look less perverted than we collectively and actually are. Over time things will balance out.

[size=12]I feel that the idea of sex and perversion is pretty simplistic. We as humans all have triggers that stimulate our sexual arousal. These triggers can be similar or widely different from person to person. One thing is for sure, we can control these triggers as much as we can control the weather. Our body knows what it wants and we have very little say on those desires. The key is to accept yourself and realize that if you are comfortable with your body and its sexual arousal responses then screw what society thinks. Have sex as much as you want in whatever way you want if that's what you and your body desires.

As for society being more critical about women being perverts/sluts/easy, it just goes back hundreds of years ago if not thousands. In Medieval times, the majority of the world was controlled by men known as Kings and Lords. They controlled the land, kingdoms, but most importantly the majority of the money and power. Nearly all kingdoms had a brothel or whorehouse of sorts to "cater" to those men with money and power. It was fairly easy for a pretty woman to make a living with their bodies. Those women were frequently referred to as whores and most didn't mind the title. Because of these times in our history, it just appears easier to label a woman a whore the more they have sex. I don't believe this way however as I would never refer to a female as a slut. That's just the thing about "society" it evolves over time but its past can never be unwritten or forgotten. [/h]

Yes, it is normal and ok for girl/women be perverted, after all we're all human. I would think, for you to be a girl and not have even one pervy thought on a regular basis to be weird....

I believe it's alright for a woman to be pervy, just not to the point she becomes a pedophile. Draw the line there. Other than that it's okay, but frowned upon by other cultures/religions. One must remember the only reason why we discuss these types of things is due to the free, yet still rule bound, world that is the developed world, mainly western countries and a few eastern countries. Anywhere else, our discussion would be shut down.

I see no problem with it. I consider it rather unpleasant, but I also consider men being perverted unpleasant. Back in the day, women were just supposed to serve one man: their husband, while the men went off to war and raped women in conquered cities, which I'd assume would be bragged about amongst the soldiers. Today seems to be a much more mild version of such a thing, but that's how it feels to me. Women are thought of as only being able to serve one man, whereas men are thought of as being able to chase anything that moves and not have it be taboo.

That's what I believe the whole problem stems from.

Thanks for the negative rep though. Also no more derailing.

For me it's ok but for our society this seems like a brute act that only boys can be perverted.

Relax, pal. Apparently you didn't see the latter half of my post.
Let me expand upon it...you know, so as not to "derail" this Dr. Phil-esque thread:

America, in some respects, is still stuck in this 50s-era mental where women are still fighting for equality and to break free from stereotypes. We see it in the workplace, we see it media, and just about everywhere else. There is still this stipulation that women should be dainty, eloquent, and doll-like. In other parts of the world sex isn't so taboo...at least not so much as it is in the US. And pending OP is referring to women within North America, the it's perfectly normal to have these thoughts. Regardless, it is perfectly normal for women residing anywhere else in the world for that matter. However, it is a lot more confusing living/growing up in North America with these thoughts due to personal family standards and perceptions, the upbringings of our parents and their parents, and the impact it has on us, their offspring. The reason being: North American territories still seem a bit behind the times when it comes to sheltering their youth, and at the same time there is the US media that tells you to be thin and sexy through million-dollar ad campaigns, radio and television. It is this same media in the US that will oust you as a sexual deviant or pariah because you bit the bitter fruit they cultivated and sold you.

In my opinion, yes OP, it is perfectly normal for women to have perverted thoughts or to be perverted so long as - and it was previously stated in this thread - they do not harm others. The way we are brought up, raised and sheltered is mostly for our own good, but it doesn't help in this day and age that we are exposed to so much sex and violence through medial and art. You are told one thing and presented with another. There are a lot of pressures out there, but so long as we exercise good judgement and not act on foolish impulse, we'll be just fine. Having these thoughts or being perverted doesn't make someone a weirdo or some psycho, it's just who you are and I am sure that it is perfectly normal. It is the media that marks you as some creepy sexual deviant. Keep in mind that previous generations didn't have the anonymity of forums and such. So it was a lot harder to discuss things of this nature. So who is to say that a good majority of them didn't have similar thoughts? Again, just keep in mind that as long as the aforementioned note about not harming others and exercising good judgement is understood then it really isn't an issue. When all is said and done you're on FAKKU! with probably more like-minded people than you think. :)

It's not OK. It's awesome. Although I am still startled when a girl talks openly about sex and stuff.

It seems to me like a girl who has even by a bit of a perverted mind is labeled as a slut or as easy, but if we really think about it, aren't both men and women human? we both have libido (even though i am aware that a man's is supposed to be greater) so why is it more easily accepted for a man to be more in touch with his sexuality than a woman?

Fuck the world and it's ideals! go forth and play your meat flutes and floppy clam shells!!!

I can guess that you are startled because of the rarity of the event. In todays society, when a girl starts talking "naughty" out of bed, assimilations are quickly made and the girl in question is branded in the face of society as a "succubus" like creature.

The thing is, its so normal for guys to be though as perverted that well its basically become common grounds for everyone, its juts frowned upon.

But girls are just as perverted (well, sometimes more, and sometimes less), its just that society has "pushed" the male individuals to express this a little more, and has suppressed the female by reprimands for an "unladylike" attitude.

Thats about it. Also, seeing todays kids, and seeing how douche some boys can be, its not surprising that girls tend to keep their fantasies sealed away, for fear of becoming the circus animal and fuck objective of all the alpha males of the sector.

Of course it's fine, we all have our urges, let females satisfy them as well!
