However, OP underlying purpose seems to be questioning society's moral code of being harsh to promiscuous women and there not being the same treatment for men.
In response to this, I ask are men really equal to women? No. A man =/= a woman. We are different and as such treatment should recognise this fundamental difference. We are but animals that have evolved complex thought processes. In the wild, the tendency of animals that live collectively has been that the dominant male gets to mate with all the females.
In societies nowadays, this still holds true. A higher percentage teenage girls have had sex than boys. Generally, females are drawn to dominant males. If a female starts mating with everyone like a dominant male, this incongruity will naturally draw criticism from society.

It's a free world, you can be a pervert as long as you don't break the law. However, you have to remember that this is a free world and people can express your dislike towards perverts, and you have to learn to accept that.
Social norms are essentially just abstract rules that easily bend for a group of people to another group of people. Don't talk about dicks in front of people who don't like to talk about or listen you talk about dicks. You can't just "be yourself" where ever whenever and except to be liked.

Because in society, Men are labeled as perverts, and women are the clean ones. Its been like that throughout all these years, I dont think it would easily be changed. To get a grasp of it more, just socialize with various kinds of people, and youll see that men are more perverted than women, but in other cases women can be as perverted as men. Its not really a big deal if you think about it, but in society, people dont really like seeing women perverted, its just not a nice sight to see. But in general, women are perverted as well, its just that some women have a even higher perversion to the rest.

Honestly, yes, I would say it's perfectly alright for girls, or anyone else for that matter, to be perverted, even openly so to some extent. Personally, I actually prefer perverted girls to begin with, since they're generally going to be less likely to judge someone else over what they enjoy.

Some people (both girls and guys) may find it disturbing for a girl to be perverted. It's still not normal to what society expects. Girls can choose to whom they should open up in such manner (being perverted) if they're concerned about other people's perspective towards them, or what people, mostly men, may think of their actions. So i guess it's okay. Just choose the right people you can talk to with perverted stuff. (Which I do so with myself) and I do think it's normal to know 'bout xxx stuff and talk about it when your in your 20's and so.

That would really depend who the girl is interacting with and where she is. I would not stand for perverts male or female, in public because they are committing an outrage of my modesty. It may be a different story if the girl was acting sexually aggressively to her partner.

In my opinion it's a matter of definition.
Yes, being perverted as a girl, and guy for that matter, is okay but the definition of how perverted you are is all up to the viewer itself, if I define you as too perverted and creepy then that's my definition and the same goes for you, if you define your pervertedness as something casual then it's casual for you.

Although i think it's fine for females to be perverted, but just to an extent, if you get what i mean, but then again, if a guy likes and apperciates a woman's body then he's called a pervert and a weirdo, so it's kind of an equality thing going on here.
P,S a personal note here, i'm not speaking for all men, but i think a large number of men would find happiness being with a perverted woman, because a perverted girl is usually sexually open and ready to do stuff some "normal" women will be scared to do, so i, myself, would rather be with a perverted girl (Perverted as in mature, experienced, and sexually open and knowledgable) than an innocent girl, but then again, i can't resist being with a little submissive innocent girl, it's just too adorable and that's what also alot of men prefer, you just feel the need to munch her and protect her from danger.

I'm certain there's an actual split of definitions between male and female perversion, mostly due to the fact that the baseline perversion for men is a lot more saturated than it is for women.
When it comes down to it though, most people reasonably dislike perversion from either gender unless it seems positive in some context. Visuals are pretty big deal breakers for a lot of people and most don't go through the process of ridicule to the point where perversion becomes a strong-enough trait to be admired.

Nothing pisses me off more than slut shaming. It's the 21st century women are allowed to be sexual beings. A woman should not feel ashamed if she owns a sex toy or has a one night stand or masturbates or enjoy sex. No man would, so why should a woman? Now I could go on to discuss the whole premise of embracing sexuality, but that's for a different thread.

It was hardly effective too. In this case I would argue nothing IS perverted UNTIL someone disagrees or views something in such a way. Sadly the word "perversion" has a negative connotation...but it is purely subjective.
Rather than asking such a question, I think it is best to simply accept that some see "slutty" behaviour as "perverted", while others such as myself relish the idea of freedom to express one's self, explore their sexuality and desires.
There are so many negative associations towards women in general when it comes to expressing one's sexuality. Time to accept it and be bold, perverted or not just be safe and healthy in your pursuits.

I think it's okay for a girl to be perverted. Society just have to suck it up because things are changing even though some of us humans are afraid of change.
