Complaints Policy

  • When we receive notice from a third party (using the complaint form below), including consumers, performers, child protection or human rights organizations, rights holders, law-enforcement agencies, regulators, or payment partners (individuals, corporations, domestic or international), that content or conduct may violate our policies or applicable law, we will promptly investigate the matter.
  • If, as a result of the investigation, we or a relevant authority determine that the content or conduct violates our policies or applicable law, we will promptly take appropriate action, which may include removing the content, restricting access to it, suspending accounts, and notifying relevant authorities or partners.
  • If we receive a claim from a content performer that they have not given consent to appear in the content or to distribute the content, we will take measures to make the content unavailable for viewing or purchase while we confirm the consent status. If we are unable to confirm consent, or if the content performer can prove that the consent is invalid under applicable law, we will promptly remove the content.
  • For complaints involving potential minors, exploitation, trafficking, or other serious safety risks, we will immediately restrict access to the content in question during our investigation and, where appropriate, cooperate with law-enforcement and relevant organizations.

Company Policy

  • We will not publish, sell, or distribute content that is illegal, including any material involving minors, non-consensual acts, exploitation, or trafficking.
  • We do not handle content that depicts child pornography (Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)), incest, bestiality, non-consensual sexual acts, mutilation, human trafficking, sex trafficking, or abuse.
  • We will not sell content to anyone under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction they are accessing) and will only distribute content where valid consent from the performers has been obtained and maintained.
  • We will cooperate, as appropriate, with law-enforcement authorities, regulators, and payment partners to prevent and address any illegal or harmful content or conduct on the Service.

Anti-Trafficking Statement

  • We strictly prohibit any form of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or forced labor in connection with our services, including in all content, business relationships, and platform activity.
  • We conduct due diligence on partners and sellers, monitor for indicators of trafficking or exploitation, and will immediately suspend or terminate any relationship where such concerns arise.
  • We promptly investigate credible reports, cooperate with law-enforcement and relevant organizations, and remove any content or account found to be connected to trafficking or exploitation.

Complaint Form

If you have a complaint about content on the Service, or about the conduct of another user, seller, or account that you believe may be illegal or may not comply with our company policies, please complete and submit the form below. Once received, we will begin an investigation and will acknowledge your complaint and provide a resolution within 5 business days.

You may use this form, for example, to report content that you believe may involve minors, non-consensual acts, exploitation or trafficking, harassment, privacy violations, impersonation, hate or discrimination, or other serious safety or rights-related concerns. Rights holders may also use this form to report alleged intellectual property infringements.

To help us respond to your complaint quickly and effectively, please complete the required information below. If your complaint is about specific content, comments, or reviews, please include a URL link to it in the body of your complaint and provide enough information to allow us to easily identify it (for example, title, creator name, page number, and a brief description of the issue).
