[Anime] Kyoukai no Kanata (KyoAni)

It would be hilarious if the dreamshade from beyond the boundary turns into a giant rock the size of a meteor and just crushes them all after they kill it. The size of a dreamshade stone does not always grow with the power of the dreamshade, but for a monster with such a huge reputation it better be a pretty fancy rock.

I could follow everything else but I'm wondering if Mirai coming back was just for the anime. The LN's are only 3 volumes in so Mirai's return may or may not have happened in the original story.

Good series nonetheless. Hopefully someone begins translating the LN's.

Annnnnd it ended. Great anime overall. I don't know how Mirai lived but I'm perfectly okay with the happy ending.

well my theory about Kuriyama Mira's revival is that since she was capable of coming back just as a mirror image in Akihito's dream and the Beyond the Boundary's world it's possible that Mirai was able to revive again in the finale as a another mirror image. When Mirai's ring disappeared, Akihito unintentionally used Mirai's ring, instead of her blood as in the other cases, as the catalyst for creating an image of her. When Akihito was talking about darkness in light and vice versa, he could have been referencing to how he used the Beyond the Boundary's power as the malice of all humanity to bring back his beloved. The Beyond the Boundary can make entire worlds so one megane bishoujo should be a piece of cake..however it's still a mirror image seeing as Mirai is supposedly dead.

This has a been a pretty decent series. I'm not at all upset by the ending since this was an adaptation of an incomplete light novel series. Seeing KyoAni animate more action scenes is always a plus so I wouldn't mind if this series got another season (and if Tamako Market can get a movie, this series should have no problem getting a second season really).
