WOOAH. I feel so happy for Ashirogi, but so sad for Akina :(
With what they said, it usually takes a year or 2 before a manga gets an offer for an anime, so why are the companies rushing to get PCP as an anime when it's only half a year?! And will chief accept and announce this to Ashirogi Mutou?
I'm feeling he'll keep it a secret first, and hold out at least until a year.
OR
He'll announce it to them, BUT Ashirogi will decline and wait out for a year, since the Drama CD is coming out anyways :3

I don't know, man. Having followed the series for a while, I feel that something more will rear its head to Ashirogi very soon-- and it probably won't be just the anime. I'm looking forward to seeing what will happen too. D=

I think that something is going to come up that will slow it down a little. Though it will be resolved quickly. Though for the whole series I hope I am wrong in that I feel it is going to be like Death Note in length. Meaning there will proably be about another 30-40 chapters and then the series will end.
