[Anime] Beautiful Bones: Sakurako's Investigation

I managed to catch this one by accident as they were still doing simulcasts on Crunchyroll. I really like the dark humor of the series, its like if they took Dead Like Me and made an anime out of it but with a pg13 dark humor. I see it was based off of some popular manga and finally adapted into a series. Its only at 13 episodes so far but I'm assuming they're gonna make another 13 to finish the series.

It was alright. The best shows out of Fall was One-Punch Man and Owarimonogatari. Subete ga F ni Naru: The Perfect Insider ended up being disappointing but it was also okay.

Also another sleeper was Actually I am and My Love Story, both I wish ran longer

I missed Oremonogatari. I made a list of the shows I thought was noteworthy from last year check it out over here.

Hopefully all the shows that are still waiting for a second season get here this year. I really wanna finish Beautiful Bones

Depends on the sales. Sakurako didn't really have any over-arcing story so a second season isn't needed. It's worse with shows like Amagi Brilliant Park and No Game No Life, that ends with a cliffhanger. Those kinds of endings bring no closure to the story whatsoever.

yeah but didn't they release the manga that runs a lot longer?
