Hmm, how about Mai Shiranui from the fatal fury movies and the chick from Ikkitousen? They aren't the hugest, but they certaily jiggle to a rediculous extent.

I must nominate Rushuna Tendo from Grenadier for biggest boobs. I mean seriously how does she even stand up straight much less shoot a gun with that much skill >.>

I agree with the Bleach ones, especially Matsumoto (though maybe just cause she shows them off more)
I also agree that bigger isn't always better. In my opinion Matsumoto would look a lot better if they were just a bit smaller. Just my opinion.

C.C tends to get lots of ass shots. It's not like it needs it own bra or anything but when a character's appearance in the intro theme is limited to her flying towards the camera and then turning around and showing her ass then you know it's pretty decent.
And bringing Ikkitousen into this is kind of unfair. It's like brining in an All star team into a little league tee ball match.
