If Lelouch's memories have completely returned, then what about Nunnally? And how did Lelouch receive those fake memories in the first place? I'm still trying to figure Rollo out.

The spy angle does make some sense, but it seems too early for Rollo's role to essentially be complete. I mean, Lelouch would immediately know if Rollo was a spy with his memories restored. It just doesn't seem to "click".

I think he is from Britania as some kind of spy or observer for Lelouch, In the OP song sequence, he was shown leading his own squadron, with his golden like, Knightmare. But I got a gut feeling that, the time he spent with Lelouch, will make him goes to Lelouch's side or something like that.
I think he also has some kind of Geass, Kallen was spacing out after Rollo snatches Lelouch from her

The emperor of Britania also has his own Geass, in his right eye, shown in the OP sequence.

But seriously...I think it was V.V.

I'm not sure if it was VV who sealed Lelouch's geass. I mean, those ruins have already been shown to have some unusual properties. We can't assume that even VV or the Emperor know the full extent of the powers in the ruins because Clovis was in the middle of digging some up before he died.

As for Rollo, the idea of a defecting spy sounds good. I question the OP showing him next to that Knightmare Frame though. It just doesn't seem to match. Even if that is true, I don't think Rollo has a geass. That would mean there's another person that can form a contract, since if VV is the Emperor's, then I doubt VV would make a contract with Rollo. Kallen was probably in a daze from the explosions or whatever, and Rollo simply doesn't trust Eleven strangers. Like an extremely protective younger brother or something.

BTW again, How can Lelouch's Geass be sealed? By V.V.? or it seals itself, by altering his memory, also alters his Geass condition.

I remember, back during Season 1, she had a rather powerful Mindfuck ability, which was linked back to Lelouch. Powerful enough to affect Suzaku through his Knightmare, and her eye started to hurt as Lelouch's Geass leveled up.

Maybe I'm way off, but if her...let's call it a Geass as well, is so closely tied to those she makes a contract with, as well as being rather powerful, I think altering the memories of her Contract Bearer wouldn't be that difficult. And maybe people without a Geass are more susceptible to it.

Or, hell, maybe when Lelouch's Geass was sealed, it's effects wore off, allowing Shirley her memory back.

Or maybe she grew to like him anew.
