yeah; that Shiro was the guy I used for the example; i really find stories where male protagonists are pansies annoying; the only real problem is that's like 80% of anime.
I doubt I will ever understand why people hate Shirou so badly; I liked him well enough even if his almost brainless sense of chivalry did occasionally make me want to bang my head on my desk.
I think the fact that the guy probably should have died a dozen times and managed to have an assload of beautiful women around him while still managing to come off as more of a vag than they did are two of the major strikes against him.

I was angry at the ending of Elfen Lied. This is self explanatory to anyone who has seen it. I wish there was a sequel, but there isn't.

I have to say Elfen Lied didn't exactly make me angry; I was kind of happy but sad that it was over; I was more upset that it was soo good and I could not go back in time and enjoy the first time watching it again. I really wish they would make a second season for a bunch of my favorite anime.
