My favorite silly shows are "My Bride is a Mermaid" and "D-FRAG". Neither of them lean on the perverted side though there are some gags involving perverted things.

I was going to suggest if Golden Boy actually counts, but I definitely agree that it was hilarious, I am so glad that dub was recommended to me
