Well I might be mistaken, but I believe episode 27 is the end of the series. If that's correct, then we'll be saying goodbye to all of the other characters soon anyways.

well it's a war so... people can die. I think it's better than any anime with all immortal hero who can't die. More interesting, more suspense, more stress... more emotion.

Pardon my French, but we're talkin about the greatest f*ckin show of all time here! Even IF most of the characters started dying off in the last four episodes or so, it was such a kickass show that I almost wet myself from the overload of greatness!!! Since I got DSL in December, I've watched about 30-40 different anime series, but they all pale in comparison to Gurren Lagann. I mean, seriously, what other show has a catch phrase as awesome as "Who the hell do you think I(We) Am(Are)!?"

I've never seen any anime subbed so quickly. What was it? Less than 24 hours after the show had been aired, there was a quality subbed version online. I'm truly amazed.

I hate the author in this anime. Firstly they kill off simon's brother and make the anime emo. Then they introduced a second character name nia to replace simon's brother. Later on the series the stupid anti spiral kill off kittan and all other character. And lastly at the end they kill off nia.

Hey, I'm pissed off that Kamina and Nia died, too(by the way, I don't think she was there to replace Kamina; there's no way she could have done that). But there's no way Simon would have been as ass-kicking as he was if Kamina didn't die- he only did so because of Kamina. Nia should have lived, but who's to say she wasn't reborn or somethin?

I can easily see Saito and Louisse play cat and mouse of will they, won't they for at least 10 seasons.
"Love" is just an excuse for Shana clone and Horny Maid to get into skimpy outfits to cock tease the audience.
I've got no beef with the battles/magic, only if people are killed, they stay dead.
