[Locked] I'm looking for a certain H-manga

I'm looking for the name of a H-manga similar to ERECT Sawaru's "Love Letter"(found in Oppai Infinity book). All I remember is the 2 girls become lesbians(similar to in Love Letter), there's a male MC, the 2 girls run away/elope from school and home(i think one of the girls came from a well off family), and the MC is given a letter explaining to him what happened and their plans for the future and may or may not have been tasked with informing their unsupportive parents. It kills me that I find similar but not the series I'm looking for. Pls HELP
