I really like this episode.
-Saji, didn't pull the trigger opening to possible a happy route ending with Louise, If Innovator didn't do anything to Louise
-And Finally, Allelujah and Mary's case has been resolved, but I got a gut feeling that sometime in future episodes something is going to happen to them.
-And we got to see a funny reaction from the crew when they found Allelujah.

Shut the hell up Allelujah! Damn that was annoying. I'm glad they were able to work things out. I'm also glad that the Colonel didn't get killed by Lyle. Everyone's reactions were funny. This seems to close off the Allelujah X Sumeragi path though. Kind of makes me sad since Sumeragi's other love interest, Billy, is kind of crazy now. Also, Mister is apparently Mister Bushido's first name. Hilarious.
You know what, though? I'm expecting Mary to die. Namely because Allelujah is going to try to keep her out of the fighting even though he kind of sucks as a pilot now. That's just asking Mary to pilot some crappy mobile suit in a sad attempt at saving his life. Also, if Mary dies, this gives Allelujah a nonsensical plot reason to gain his full super-soldier abilities back.
So now we possibly have three Tierias. The male, effeminine, CB one, the male or female, flat-chested, Innovator one, and the in-the-preview, female, large-chested, Innovator one.
Speculation:
Since Louise has her left hand now and she's somehow related to the Innovators, I'm thinking that she's actually dead, and this is just an Innovator clone of her. I'm glad Saji didn't pull the trigger. I felt that him pulling the trigger would have meant that he'd wind up dead eventually. Live on, Saji!

I speculate that mary would die too, but as in most gundam cases, they'd cheat death again, this time around I don't think it'd be cheating death but clones? bah who cares.
But yeah, that repetition of calling out Mary's name was annoying it took out most of the precious time to put more action :roll:
But still it was a good episode, it was like a vital part of the plot.

If season one proved anything, it's that if Saji and Louise live through an episode, it's because whatever's in store for them in the future is worse than death.
Keep in mind that, as far as Louise's hand, cybernetics technology is pretty advanced (See Lichty in first season), so it's possible it's simply a robotic replacement.
Not that they HAVEN'T done things to her, necessarily, but the exact nature of their fiddling may vary.

Gotta say I loved this episode. The ending in particular. Yeah you know what I mean. *waits for the inevitable doujin version of the scene*
Also, I realize most people enjoy fast up to speed subs, but Menclave is worth the wait just to get the quality, and also correct spelling... As in, he name is "Marie"
If you listen to how he says it, "Mary" is pronounced totally differently.
