Touma fights one-pant-leg-lady, and gets destroyed! We learn about Index's lost memories and how her memory needs to be erased once a year or her brain will explode. Poor Index.

Index is way cute. If I was Touma I'd use flawed logic to protect her like he did too. "You guys tried a ton of things to try to help her retain her memory but I'm her friend! Friends don't let friend's memories get erased!" Cuteness does crazy things to people.

I also thought Touma's whole speech was rather typical shounen speech fluff. I do give the pair of magicians some points for coming up with a plan that allows them to complete their objective AND beat the crap out of someone. Bravo.

That sword bitch completely kicked the turd out of Touma. I do get what Touma is saying though. More or less them two magicians gave up on the Index when they should keep trying harder. Then my question is why would she hit the Index in the first place? To bring her down or something? I wasn't too sure if that was properly explained.

I wonder what her magic ability is...That's pretty much all I cared about during this epi.

Something along those lines. She thought the Walking Church was still active so she probably felt that she would need to use some serious force to capture Index.

Her main magic powers are mainly about enhancing her body strength, that is why she can vibrate her sword and wires into a Fatal death trap.

And I feel kinda sad hearing about their past, and how shocked Kaori when she unexpectedly slashed through "The Walking Church".
It's like a warning shot, but you aim it at a girl who wore a defective Kevlar Jacket.

EDIT: I've just read the manga and wiki, and I now know that Stiyl Magnus is only 14 year old. He's one GAR (Pathetically weak) kid. :lol:

Wtf, this anime is so backwards. People must pop out of their mothers fully grown and as they age they get younger and younger.
