I found out about two bits of news regarding this anime that will either make you smile or cry. The first bit of news is that Funimation is going to dub it. It will be out at March. The last bit of news is that it has been anounced that there will be a second season of kenichi.

Are you serious?! Where and when was it announced (referring to season2)? I certainly hope it's true... I'll wait for further details and news...

When it comes to dubs, Funimation does a very good job with them. I'm sure it'll sound great if its them.

Totally awesome, though wonder how long it will take before it catches up to the manga. Or at the very least when kenichi learns his best defensive move ^^.

One of the greatest fucking fight anime's of all time! And i actually learned a lot of moves from it, lol, no joke. I practiced some of the moves i thought i could do, mostly those of Kensei Ma.

Wow, if they ever do make a second season I will be one of the many people jumping for joy for this exciting news. :D But their is no official news about this yet, so just keep your excitement down or you might be dramatically disappointed :wink:

Your half right. There was an announcement that came before the one about the dub. I double-checked my sources, it was announced "That they MAY do a 2nd season for 2009". I just hope that it doesn't turn into something like what they did with Fullmetal Alchemist or Nights into dreams. You know, wait till years later to do something new.
