[Manga] Looking for a Genderbender/Genderswap

As title says I'm looking for a manga/manhwa I read a few years ago. Pretty sure it was a Manhwa. It's based in a highschool. Guy gets turned into a girl. There's this tan/dark skin light hair playboy/badboy character as well. MC at first starts interferring with him trying to pick up chicks. This playboy guy also has his hands in business affairs under his father's identity since initially he's too young. He trades stocks and runs a casino and buys companies and flips or merges them. Towards the end they're going out and have a copartner thing going with the business stuff. If I remember correctly the cover of one of the volumes had one of the two leaning on a motorcycle.

Hopefully someone knows what I'm babbling about since it's not a super popular/known one.
