Aka "She, The Ultimate Weapon"..The title got me curious so i brought it in...

Genres: adventure, drama, romance, science fiction
Plot Summary: Shuji and Chise are two Hokkaido high school students barely starting a relationship with each other. Then, with no warning, a squadron of bombers from an unknown country destroy the city of Sapporo. All hope is lost when suddenly, the bombers are destroyed by a small red light floating across the sky. At this point, Shuji finds out that the one responsible for eliminating the enemy forces is Chise, who reveals herself as a cyborg engineered for mass-destruction.
Thoughts??

I thought this was a beautiful anime during the time it was out. Pretty decent if you can actually sit through the whole thing. Ending kind of sucks though. . . I mean it sucks in that

That's mad funny GSDAkatsuki. Unfortunately, I lost interest in this series on the 4th episode and couldn't bring myself to finish it... which I kind of regret now. So I'll withhold my recommendation for now, except that when I watched my version, the art style was terrible and the story moved like a fucking snail, hence why I dropped it. But... I might be inclined to pick it up again.

I loved this series, I enjoyed every moment of it, (as much as I could, there were sad parts, so of course I wasn't enjoying those parts) any way I recommend this to anyone who's looking for something great to watch.

The manga and anime are the same except that in the very last 5 minutes of the ending . . .
The story is sad and slow. Shouldn't watch if you can't bear with it. I recommend that you don't waste your time watching and force yourself to watch it. IF you can stand it all then watch it to the end to watch some funny ending.

I'd say it was a great show for 11 episodes.
Then it kind of implodes!!
It's a very emotional story, and Chise is so cute!!

I dont think I can bear with sad endings, so I guess I'll skip it ...also, Since Shinigami no Ballad is something that I can Gulp in a mere hours,so I guess I'll search more later to fill my Anime-to-be-watched list...

the character actions in the last 5 episodes we're stupid and thus I am quite disappointed though the animation didn't give me high expectations. I know some anime is designed to look that way but overall animation is pretty important to me.

read the manga;it's even better than the anime, which is already epic.
in my opinion,at least.
maybe because of my affinity with animes and mangas with sad ending.

I enjoy anime with a sad ending; I think school days was a masterpiece even though i hated Makoto with the passion of a thousand suns its just that saikano had a way of getting to you; the plot and even most lines were nonsensical.

All in all it's a decent anime, it has some good and bad parts.
The story's original plus the world going to a state of near apocalypse, kept me from reading it to the end.
