School Rumble

Hey guys, i would like to ask again about the anime school rumble. Is the anime complete same as the manga? Or is the manga far ahead of the anime? I also plan to download this. So just to be sure i wouldnt want to download something thats incomplete. Any help would be appreciated! thanks!
