What are Fakkus opinions on the manga that is Uzumaki? thoughts on the ending? what did you think about the nature of the spiral? is it just me or was there way too much filler?

Want a honest opinion? This manga is nightmare fuel on paper.
I remember reading it out of curiosity years ago, and boy did it freak me out. That said, one of these days I should read it once more, just to remember why I found it so grotesque.
And about the filler, I don't think that it was excessive. Every chapter in the end was of the "monster of the week" variety, every time showing a new and possibly more squicky example of the spiral curse right till the end.
Nevertheless, it's still a great manga that needs more love, just don't read it right after eating or you'll regret it.

It has this unique characteristic which made it different from any other mangas that I have read so far.
I can still remember clearly what was going on in there, and boy, it wasn't really a nice experience reading that manga, considering I am not a fan of such genre of manga nor anime. It's a good stuff, but not really my cup of tea.
