Well as for me, in NEGIMA... i just love the romance content without Sex-related stuffs. Its like watching TO LOVE RU... well sometimes you can't help to think if there were really Hentai videos rather than mangas and flash animations due to its representation.

You can't really control the urge to create imaginations on your own sometimes...

just to add in, id say a fair percentage of women like hentai and "perverted anime" too. ive known a couple women who were realy into that kind of thing.

Like others have said, it's difficult to even figure out what this individual is asking, but not all guys like 'perverted' anime, and there are also a lot of gals that also like 'perverted' anime - so first and for most, it's a matter of taste. I personally can't stand Will Farrell while my daughters think he's the funniest thing ever.

More specifically, when you say - why would someone like 'perverted' anime - I assume you mean as opposed to perverted live action video? If that's the case, certainly it is much easier to show certain ideas through animation that may be difficult, expensive, impossible or illegal to show through live action. There is also a difference (IMHO) in attitude quite frequently.
