Is there any way to discount the cost of a physical book if you already own the digital version?

Buy it then sent a support ticket with the new order number and the digital one and they will refund the digital

Excuse me, when is reprinted a fakku book, it only is available in fakku store? o it will be available too in retail stores, amazon, rightstufanime and others sites?
i asked it because I´m waiting the reprint of monster smash and meaty minxes

When we have books back in stock retailers can purchase them again to replenish their stocks as well, we have to have them in stock first for that to happen though. Monster Smash will be available extremely soon, we just recently received the reprinted stock, but just be aware that we have a skeleton crew in warehouse due to COVID-19. Also please keep in mind a lot of other retailers are not really purchasing stock at the moment due to their own individual action plans with COVID until things clear up.

We're doing some reprints here and there but a lot of our energy is being put forth continuing our magazine subscriptions, new books for people to enjoy, and doujinshi. We constantly are thinking of reprints but have to think of the ones that have the highest demands first. It's just a matter of focusing our resources until things normalize for regular operation again.

To try and get an idea of what's being prioritized right now:

Love Me Tender
Metamorphosis

For anyone else who's book title that they've asked about isn't on that list - it's not that we're not going to necessarily reprint it, just it's 'not yet' let us get through more things and then we can work on more.

Thanks, I noticed than monster smash is in stock again so I´m already bought it.
My only inquiry right now is if is possible add to my package the price information and remark my item as "book".

Looks like My Bride is the Demon Lord!? went out of stock recently, too? Disappointed, was trying to pick it up in the sale, but it looks like I won't be able to.

Unfortunately it'll be out of stock for a little while but it is on the top of the list to get reprinted and is in process of it. We'll have it back in stock this year.

Heat Alert? Are there any plans for a restock/reprint of this one?

My waiting for a reprint book list is short just 4 "Excursion day 99, Heat alert, Puni Kano, Titikei" I got the digital versions during the Memorial day sale but still wanting a hard copy.

Today finally arrived my copy of Monster Smash plus a fakku mask, thanks <3.
But I´m have a question.
I bought a fakku manga from Rightstufanime (mizone second book released this month) and this comes sealed, but this book (monster smash reprint) than I bought from fakku store don´t comes sealed and due this reason the cover end ups scratches in both cover faces, of course the damage is not heavy.
I don´t know if Rightstuanime has sealed the book or if fakku seal all books or if I had the bad luck of receive my copy without the sealing.

It should come sealed. If you received your book damaged, you can definitely contact support and we can get a replacement sent out. Just please bear in mind that shipping is on reduced staff to maintain safety during COVID so we're not able to get orders out as fast as usual so the response time might be a little slow. We can definitely make sure you receive an undamaged book though.

I'm from overseas and I use PO BOX and make return shipping is not easy.
I just was curious, fakku mask has put inside the book as bookmark, I don´t think than some worker of the PO Box as opened it and put the mask inside.

I don't really have an answer for you with that, however we do not open books and we would not slip a bookmark inside of a book to ship it out. If you contact support and can provide a photo of the damaged book we'll be able to send another one out to you without returning worrying about returning it, or at least offer a partial refund. You'll be able to talk out the details with support

I think one book came out with a book mark in the middle of the book but that was done at the printers before sealing with the shrink wrap

That was Hisasi's Every Girl Has Her Thorns with a sticker page that was printed at the printer who inserted it before wrapping it.

Asking when will Purikano will be restock and other books that is out of print.. Hope to complete my collection.. I just starting out and already got 6 of your titles :)
