Chances of already translated works

I'm a big fan of the works of Ishimura (or Isimiso), and I've been wanting to get my hands on them to show my support. I know you can buy his work from japanese websites, but I only consider buying hentai when it's translated and uncensored. You know, voting with my wallet. But people have already created translations of his work.

So I've been wondering, what are the chances of that kind of work to be published by Fakku? Decensored and with a new translation, of course.
