Digital Version --> Physical Copy?

So I've had this question for a while now, but if I recall correctly, when you purchase a paperback copy of a book, you get the digital version for free as well...so I was wondering, if we have purchased the digital version and decide to purchase the paperback, can we just pay the extra $10 instead of paying the full price of $20 for the book again? I hope there's a possibility for this to work out because I have nearly bought every digital version of each book there is on here and now I'm thinking about having a physical hentai book collection >.>

At the moment there is no way to just get the price already paid for a digital book off the price of a physical book.

Instead you have to go through the entire purchase process from adding the physical book to your cart and checking out for the full amount.

After you place a whole new order for the physical copies email store@fakku.net

Please include the following in your e-mail:

-Old Digital Order number:
-New Physical Order number:

They will then refund the amount of the original digital purchase to either your credit card or your Bitcoin wallet.

For what it's worth all FAKKU books are made to be of extremely high standards and it is definitely worth it to have them on your shelves.

I had asked the same question to customer service since i wanted to upgrade my digital to physical, what luckydog says is correct just follow those steps and they should help you out,im planning on slowing getting physical, they really do look nice on my book shelves.

That's such a hassle, but I would still do it 😅Hopefully though in the near future there will be a feature where they provide an option somewhere directly in your account to upgrade from a digital version to a physical copy. It's a great idea and I am sure it is so etching on their minds, but only time will tell.

I have done this method quite a few times and it has always been executed seamlessly.
