I hope Fakku can keep up in being this careful about the quality of their books because this release shows that this isn't being done half-assed. The pages look beautiful and the typesetting compliments it well.
While there will be people saying "Fakku sold out", those people weren't interested in buying and they expected this high of quality content for free.
Looking forward to the physical book release and hoping it leaves me wanting to buy more physical copies!

To be honest I hesitated a lot before purchasing this.
The hesitation was not due to not wanting to pay, rather more I feared the reaction of the people I live with. I am in a houseshare and I can tell my housemates will see this bad, not weird or strange, just directly bad. It is a shame I hesitated because of this, but I cannot just avoid it.
However, at the end, I decided to purchased it (the physical version) because , well, I love the job Jacob has been doing and I want to really support this.
I am really looking forward for my order to arrive, like when I was a child with a new toy.
Once again, thanks for all your hard work Jacob.

Unfortunatly, there'll always be pirates. The thing is, I'm just glad I'm doing my part, supporting something I like. Supporting the industry not being a pirate feels good, and as long as other people do the same, support the artists, game companies, and so on, buying it and being clean, we can change for the better.

Given the nature of our releases they will be uploaded elsewhere. We chose early on not to implement any form of DRM in our titles (I firmly believe DRM only hurts the actual customer). It's a shame that it was uploaded so quickly, but I honestly expected it. In the end I want paying customers to have the best product possible, the way to beat piracy is to offer a superior product. So let us know how we can improve things on FAKKU, starting with the new online reader.
Like I've said, it's thanks to everyone in this forum that we will be able to continue publishing awesome books despite the piracy. Please don't bother reporting offending websites, the best way to support us is to buy our books! And tell your friends (and family)

and fakku truly does support superior content I just wish there were les to put it nicelys Dbags out their who put stuff up and don't even credit the original workers.

You have to be naive to think you're supporting the industry in any significant form by paying an overseas distributor. Unless there is a special agreement of some sort we haven't heard of, then the publisher will pocket the licensing fees and Fakku keeps the money it earned on sales. If you wanted to "support the industry" as you put it, then you would've bought the original Japanese release. I got mine to check the quality of the work. So far I can only say that it's still downloading, has been for the last 10 minutes. Maybe you ought to invest in a high speed broadband connection next, Jacob.
