Not all vanilla books included in sale?

I don't see either Melty Gaze or PuniKano included even though these two titles are vanilla - why is this?

The tags don't tell the whole story all the time. The books on sale have 1-2 non-vanilla chapters, but the rest are very vanilla.
Even if it's not full-blown rape in every story, this book has an overall darker/more serious theme.
