[Locked] Ongoing issue with the scheduler

We're currently experiencing an issue with the content scheduler which publishes chapters on the site. New book chapters are on hold until this problem is resolved. All other scheduled content will still go live, but will do so at irregular intervals while the issue persists. Sorry for the inconvenience.
